Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions do not open an account with Nic’s Yoga or otherwise use the website.

Bookings: classes, courses, workshops and events

To comply with fire regulations everyone is required to check-in to each class attended. You must book and pay for your class in advance. If class is full you will be placed on a waiting list.

** Due to COVID-19 restrictions, class sizes are limited. As a result, the following temporary measures are in place.

Due to class size restrictions we ask that you use our online booking system to pre-book your classes. If you cannot make your pre-booked class you must cancel your registration as soon as possible. If you cancel up to 2 hours before the scheduled class start time you will not be charged. This also allows people on the waitlist to have the opportunity to book your spot in the event you can’t make your pre-booked class. The deadline for cancelling a pre-booked class is 2 hours prior to the class start time to avoid incurring a no-show penalty - loss of one class pass.

Late Cancellation / No Show Policy

In the event that you can no longer attend your pre-booked class, cancellations must be made via the booking app. Class cancellations cannot be accepted via phone or email. The deadline for cancelling a pre-booked class is 2 hours prior to the class start time to avoid incurring a no-show penalty.

Refund policy

Bookings are made subject to Nics Yoga’s right to alter the schedule or teaching staff as a result of circumstances beyond its control. Please note that all purchases are final. Nic’s Yoga does not grant refunds, transfers, or extensions for change of mind or circumstance (eg: moving out of the area). No refunds will be issued unless Nics Yoga cancels a class, workshop, course or event. If the class, workshop, course or event has to be interrupted or abandoned, no money will be refunded if more than half of it has taken place. Some exceptions may be allowed solely at the discretion of Nics Yoga.

Bookings are non transferable.

Payment policy/Methods

To comply with fire regulations everyone is required to check-in to each class attended. If you are a new client please be prepared to complete a student registration form on your first visit. Nics Yoga reserves the right to refuse admission to the shala. You can either purchase online with credit card, or via a direct bank transfer (please ask upon arrival to class or via email prior to arrival for class) or cash upon arrival to class. Note we do not have EFTPOS facilities as yet.

Multi class passes

May be used for selected regular classes. They may not be used on workshops, events, or courses.

All class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. We will offer you an extension to your class pass of one month, only once, if you get in touch before the pass expires and you just pre-book the remaining classes in to retain them. Classes on the Schedule may periodically change and refunds will not be offered for multi class cards. Where classes are suspended by us for a week or more an extension of the same time period will be granted.

Health

If you are pregnant, suffer from very high blood pressure, chronic heart disease, retinal problems, epilepsy, have a joint replacement or recently undergone any major surgery please consult your doctor prior to booking classes. You must inform the teacher at the start of the class if you are

suffering from any injuries, medical conditions or are taking any medication.

Privacy policy

All personal information collected from our website is used only for our internal marketing and for us to provide our services to you. We do not share or sell any information with outside parties.

Credit card transactions are processed securely and no card details stored.

Security

While every reasonable precaution is taken Nics Yoga will not be held responsible for your personal belongings while on the premises.

Changes to our policy

Nics Yoga reserves the right to change our policy at any time and should this occur the amendment will be posted on our website.
