Each class presents an opportunity to take some time to yourself. To step away from your daily life. To focus your attention on your mind, breath and body. To immerse yourself in your practice.
While weekly classes form the foundations of your yoga routine, sometimes you might crave something more. More time to explore your yoga practice. To reset and relax.
We spend so much time caring for others, yet we forget to prioritise our own physical, mental and emotional health. My yoga workshops and retreats are your permission to stop.
Depending on the time you have available, I offer a range of events to suit, including a two-hour Relax and Restore workshop and an Ashtanga-Infused Weekend Yoga Retreat.
If you need some dedicated time and space to calm your mind through yoga and mediation, this is where you'll find it.
Weekly group classes are held at Berry Springs Recreation Reserve in the air conditioned Community Room.
